Shipping and returns

SHIPPING

Orders will be shipped within three and eight working days from the date of the order.
In case of any incident in the order, the customer will be contacted by email a maximum of two times and if there is no response from the customer, we will try to contact the customer by phone or via social networks (if known) one last time before proceeding to the cancellation of the order.

Leather Artisan Lab is not responsible for any additional costs that customs of the customer’s countries may require.

 

SHIPPING INSURANCE

Once the courier collects the package from our facilities, Leather Artisan Lab is no longer responsible for any loss or damage during transit. The courier company assumes full responsibility from that moment onward.

We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance to ensure full coverage in case of any incident. Without insurance, the courier will only compensate a partial amount of the order’s value, according to their policies. Only insured shipments are eligible for full reimbursement in case of loss or damage.

If you choose not to insure your order, you accept the risk that any compensation for loss or damage will be limited to what the courier company offers. Leather Artisan Lab cannot be held responsible for shipping incidents but is committed to assisting you as much as possible in the claims process with the courier.

DELIVERY TIMES

National: 1 to 5 days (except islands), depending on the shipping option chosen.
International within the European Union: Delivery time from 1 to 10 working days, depending on the shipping option chosen.
International outside the European Union: Delivery time from 1 to 10 working days, depending on the shipping option chosen.

In any case these are the maximum times provided by the courier agencies so Leather Artisan Lab can not be responsible for possible incidents and / or delays caused by agencies and / or customs procedures.

At the same time in Leather Artisan Lab we work to provide an agile and fluid service of processing, shipping and delivery of orders and shorten the deadlines described here as far as we can.

CANCELLATIONS

  • The order can be cancelled if it is placed before it has been shipped.
    Once the product has been shipped -both nationally and internationally-, it cannot be cancelled.
    In the event that the cancellation requirements are met, an email should be sent to info@leatherartisanlab.com with the order number in the subject line.
    If possible, explain the reason for the cancellation.

RETURNS

Once the order has been received, it may be returned under the following conditions:

• Damaged or defective items:
If any of the articles arrive damaged or defective due to shipping, you must contact us at info@leatherartisanlab.com within 7 days from the delivery date (as confirmed by the courier). Please include a description of the issue and, if possible, photos of the product and packaging. Once the damage or defect is confirmed, the return shipping costs will be covered by Leather Artisan Lab.

• Returns for any other reason:
If you wish to return one or more products for reasons other than damage or defect, you must email info@leatherartisanlab.com within a maximum of 5 days from the delivery date (as confirmed by the courier), stating your intention to return the item(s). The return shipping cost in this case will be the responsibility of the customer.

• General return terms:
Returns must be sent at the customer’s expense to the following address:
Sabaceda nº9 bajo – Moaña – Pontevedra – Spain
The items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, as received.

• Refunds:
As soon as we receive the return and verify that everything is in proper condition, we will process the refund within a maximum of 7 working days.

REFUND

  • The refund will be made if the order has been cancelled – in compliance with the cancellation conditions – within a maximum period of three days.
  • If the shipment has been returned, the refund will be made within a maximum period of 7 working days.
  • The amount will always be refunded using the same payment method as the order was placed.

ITEMS EXEMPT FROM "FREE SHIPPING"

Occasionally Leather Artisan Lab will ship free of charge to coincide with special dates or specific promotions with a specific duration.
Even so, some Leather Artisan Lab products will always be exempt from free shipping due to size or weight.
