Japanese tools are just something else…those blades are incredibly sharp and hold their edge for a long time, which means if you get a pack of 10 blades you dont have to worry about ordering more any time soon. Once the tip is dull you just snapp the front peace of and have a sharp tip and edge again without sharpening by hand. I would recommend getting these blades together with the LAL brass handle here on the website, they work great together.
If you think the price is high for a few replaceable blade I can assure you there is a big quality difference between these japanese ones and the cheap 1 euro blades from the hardware store.
