Auxiliary tool for gluing fabrics and leathers with zips. The folds at the corners of the zips can be perfectly flattened according to the direction of the folds.
There are two pieces in each set. One relatively thick template is used as the bottom template, while another is used as the top template.
According to the corner radius of your project, find the corresponding corner radius on the tool, use the corresponding corner radius to flatten the zip fabric, you can do it by pushing the upper template from its edge against the lower template.
There are four common corner radii for wallets in the tool, R10, R12, R15 and R20, it provides great convenience in leather working.
In addition, the upper jig has a ruler for the distance of the punching plate, which is 3.0, 3.38, 3.85 and 4.0 mm. This small detail improves the efficiency of leather working.
