Description
The blade part is made of high hardness HSS-M2, the blade edge is durable.
Made from Bubinga and/or African Blackwood, also called Granadillo.
Gives a feeling of stability when used with good texture and weight that sinks in water.
Available in both types of wood and various sizes:
4 mm – box stitch, 45 degree cut, folding part(line).
6 mm – Good for general work.
8 mm – This is the best size.
10mm – You can work in a wide area without requiring a lot of power and skill.
If you only want to buy something wide, I recommend 10mm, not 12mm.
12mm – Requires a lot of power and skill. When working with 24mm, it is much quicker to work 3 times with 8mm than 2 times with 12mm and the result is greater.
The resharpening kit is included, allowing the user to resharpen easily.
The resharpening method is uploaded on YouTube.
All blades are the same.
The price difference comes from the price difference of the handle wood.
There is no difference in performance due to the price differences of the handle type.

Heb reeds een paar andere van een topmerk in mijn bezit, maar deze springen er echt wel uit. Deze zijn super scherp van bij ontvangst en snijden als in boter. Zou geen andere meer willen. Zeer goede investering.
