wow, wow, wow. Everyone says these are the best, well they are right. These are really mind bogglingly good, especially when cutting on the meat side the difference is remarkable against cheaper edgers. These are worth every penny. VERY HAPPY I got these upgraded. Extremely sharp right out of the box.The bubinga wood is beautifully grained and beautiful in color.I am very very satisfied.
