How to keep it sharp:
– Use a screwdriver to remove the screws and the blade from one side first
DO NOT SHARPEN THE FLAT SIDE OF THE BLADE
– You must also strop the edge with polishing paste once the blade is sharpened.

Hardness Treatment: HRC59 ± 1 / Vacuum Heat Treatment / Secondary Temper
Handle Material: Brass H59
