To suit different design styles, the hardware is available in two versions.

Wide Version

Designed for a leather insert measuring 8.5 mm wide.

Dimensions:
• Leather insert width: 8.5 mm
• Bracelet width at the widest point: 57 mm
• Opening width (distance between both ends): 31 mm

The Wide version creates a bold and contemporary bracelet with a wider leather centerpiece.

Narrow Version

Designed for a leather insert measuring 3.5 mm wide.

Dimensions:
• Leather insert width: 3.5 mm
• Bracelet width at the widest point: 63 mm
• Opening width (distance between both ends): 33 mm

Although the Narrow version uses a slimmer leather insert, its overall dimensions are slightly larger, making it suitable for a slightly larger wrist size.

Matching Cutting Dies are available for both the Wide and Narrow versions, allowing you to cut perfectly sized leather inserts quickly and consistently.

The Cutting Die for the Narrow version incorporates a double cutting configuration with two cutting blades mounted on the same die. This allows you to cut two leather inserts with a single press, increasing productivity and making it an excellent choice for batch production.

I highly recommend using JB Weld two component glue or our double sided tape to glue the leather to the bracelet hardware.
Recommend using 1.3-1,2 mm leather.
