SHIPPING

Orders will be shipped within three working days from the date of the order.
In case of any incident in the order, the customer will be contacted by email a maximum of two times and if there is no response from the customer, we will try to contact the customer by phone or via social networks (if known) one last time before proceeding to the cancellation of the order.

Leather Artisan Lab is not responsible for any additional costs that customs of the customer’s countries may require.

DELIVERY TIMES

National: 1 to 5 days (except islands), depending on the shipping option chosen.
International within the European Union: Delivery time from 1 to 10 working days, depending on the shipping option chosen.
International outside the European Union: Delivery time from 1 to 10 working days, depending on the shipping option chosen.

In any case these are the maximum times provided by the courier agencies so Leather Artisan Lab can not be responsible for possible incidents and / or delays caused by agencies and / or customs procedures.

At the same time in Leather Artisan Lab we work to provide an agile and fluid service of processing, shipping and delivery of orders and shorten the deadlines described here as far as we can.

Cancellations

  • The order can be cancelled if it is placed before it has been shipped.
    Once the product has been shipped -both nationally and internationally-, it cannot be cancelled.
    In the event that the cancellation requirements are met, an email should be sent to info@leatherartisanlab.com with the order number in the subject line.
    If possible, explain the reason for the cancellation.

Returns

Once the order has been received, the order may be returned under these conditions:

The articles or any of them that arrive damaged or defective by the shipment.
In this case you will have to write to the address info@leatherartisanlab.com explaining what has disappointed in the product or products.
If you wish to return one or more products, you must send an e-mail to info@leatherartisanlab.com within a maximum period of 5 days requesting the return.
The return shipment will be paid by the customer. It will be sent to the address: Sabaceda nº9 bajo – Moaña – Pontevedra – Spain.
The package must be wrapped in the same packaging in which it was received.
As soon as we receive the shipment and check that everything is correct, within a maximum of 7 working days we will make the payment for the value of the same.

 

Refund

  • The refund will be made if the order has been cancelled – in compliance with the cancellation conditions – within a maximum period of two days.
  • If the shipment has been returned, the refund will be made within a maximum period of 7 working days.
  • The amount will always be refunded using the same payment method as the order was placed.

Products exempt from "Free Shipping".

Occasionally Leather Artisan Lab will ship free of charge to coincide with special dates or specific promotions with a specific duration.
Even so, some Leather Artisan Lab products will always be exempt from free shipping due to size or weight.
These exempt products in the “Free Shipping” promotions are:
