Description

Compared with traditional bone folders, this stainless steel one has a slightly rounded edge that will not crack for a long time.
The polishing of the metal is relatively smooth, and it is not easy to damage the leather surface. The metal is much harder, so no burrs will appear on the edge due to friction after a long period of use.
The chamfers on the tip and sides are smaller, while those on the bottom are larger. In total, there are three chamfer sizes, each with a different function.
The holes allow for easy hanging on the tool wall.
***Mirror polishing is done after casting. The inside of the hole is not polished. There will be some surface imperfections due to the casting process, and may also have some light scratches.

Material: Stainless steel 3Cr13
Hardness: After heat treatment, it reaches HRC50~52 (the hardness of normal kitchen knives is about HRC55)
Dimensions: ~148 mm (L), ~18 mm (W), ~4 mm thick

There is not much to say about these folders. They are simple (as all folders are), have smooth edges and because of the steel you can apply much more force without having to worry that it might break. I have a bone folder and still ordered this one since it is inexpensive and a great addition to my tool collection.
